  • Crayola Experience Plano's last day of operation was February 6, 2026.

    If you have an unused ticket that was valid anytime after our last day of operation, please fill out this form by June 30, 2026.

  • Crayola Experience Plano's last day of operation was February 6, 2026. If your annual pass has not been used or you only visited once prior to our last day of operation, please fill out this refund request form by June 30, 2026.

  • These tickets and passes are not eligible as they hold no cash value and were complimentary.

  • Yes. We welcome Annual Pass holders at any of our Crayola Experience locations. Please click here for additional information on locations and hours.
