Razzmatazz | $379.99

Razzmatazz! This package serves all the party basics. Starting at $379.99 (plus tax), you get unlimited access to our attractions along with:

  • Admission for 20 guests (children and adults)
  • Unlimited access to 25+ attractions
  • Party room for one hour
  • Party host during room time
  • 3 pitchers of refillable beverages
  • Plates, napkins, cups, and utensils
  • Special gift for birthday child
  • Printable party invites after you book!                            

While outside food and drinks are not allowed, we always welcome our party guests to bring a dessert for their group. After all, we can’t deprive your little one their favorite treat!

Party Policies

Now that you’ve seen all that Crayola Experience has to offer for birthday party packages, it’s time to work out the logistics. Below we’ve outlined our booking and payment policy so you are kept in the loop from the beginning!

Booking

Yay! You’re getting closer to booking your event. To keep planning simple, we’ve laid out all of our party planning details and logistics. When booking with us, keep in mind:

  • Reservations required 2 weeks in advance minimum
  • Admission ticket required for all guests over the age of 2
  • No outside food or beverages permitted (birthday dessert is allowed)

Payment

When it comes time to book your event, our payment policy is simple. Read on for our short list of payment details so that you know exactly what to expect!

  • A $75 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking
  • Any changes to the reservation are due 2 days in advance
  • Final payment is due at check-in
  • Reach out to us directly to cancel or reschedule

Birthday Party FAQs

Still have some questions? Find answers to frequently asked questions below!

  • Yes. All guests 3 years of age and older requires an admission ticket.  You will receive 5 complimentary admission tickets in the party package to be used for anyone attending the party. Annual Passholders can use their pass the day of visit.  However, please include them in your total count to ensure you have the proper size party room when making your reservation.
  • Yes! Annual passholders receive a 20% discount on their birthday party. This must be mentioned at time of booking.
  • No outside food or beverages are permitted except for a birthday dessert.  

  • We have three party rooms which can each accommodate up to 32 guests. Special accommodations can be made for larger parties. 
  • The birthday party rooms are colorful and Crayola themed. Hanging decorations, confetti and piñatas are not allowed. Decorations may not be taped to the walls or glass of the party room. If you are interested in bringing special table decorations, party supplies, balloons or tablecloths, please speak with your party coordinator during the booking process. We will allow entry into the party room early to accommodate this request.
  • Yes! A party host will be provided during your party time to assist with the birthday celebration. As for the rest of the attraction, Crayola Experience is a self-guided experience. Guests can enjoy the attraction at their own pace throughout the day. The party host will be with your party only during the room time.
  • Each party is provided with a party bin to hold any gifts, party supplies, and dessert items until the scheduled room time. After the party, the bin will be moved to a secure area so that you may enjoy the attraction and pick up your items prior to leaving. Crayola Experience is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • The party room time is 1-hour to accommodate food and beverages and celebrating with cake. Admission tickets are valid from opening until close. Your guests can enjoy all the creative hands-on attractions and stay as long as they like after the party.
  • Please check-in with our admissions counter once you arrive and the Party Coordinator will meet you to confirm details. Final payment is due before guests are allowed inside the attraction. The coordinator will let you know when you can access the party room and then the party host will assist only during your designated room time. 

    Once your room time has concluded, your guests can explore the attraction at their own pace! If your room time is scheduled for later in the day, please arrive early so you have time to play beforehand. View our hours of operation here.

    If you are late to your scheduled party room time, we will do our best to accommodate but we cannot hold the room past your scheduled time.

  • We understand that unexpected things happen. At the time of booking we take a $75 deposit that is non-refundable. If you are unable to make your scheduled date, we can reschedule at no additional charge. If a cancellation needs to be made, just let your Party Coordinator know as soon as possible.
