  • Crayola Experience Plano general admission tickets purchased directly from Crayola Experience are valid for one year. You can use them at any time. When you are ready to visit, just bring your tickets to the access area of the attraction.

    Tickets purchased from other sources and 3rd party vendors may have different expiration periods. If tickets are purchased from another vendor, please check the expiration on your ticket.

  • Yes. In fact, we’ve added additional hand sanitizer stations throughout the attraction. These stations are checked regularly, but please contact a team member if you see one that needs to be refilled. We also encourage guests to use our restroom facilities frequently to wash their hands for 20 seconds or more.
  • Café Crayola and the Snack Shack are great places to grab lunch or a snack to hold you over. No outside food and/or beverage is permitted inside the attraction.
  • With 60,000 square feet of attractions, there is so much to see and do.  We recommend 3-4 hours to explore. All the activities are self-guided, so you get to go at your own pace and stay as long as you would like!
  • Crayola Experience is a family attraction and a fun-filled play day for your kids. So, dress for mess, not Sunday best. Most children wear play clothes when visiting.

    Proper attire must be worn at all times. Guests are not permitted to wear clothing that has inappropriate language, or which is otherwise offensive. 
    Crayola Experience reserves the right to deny admission or remove guests who are wearing inappropriate clothing.
  • No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the Crayola Experience attraction.

    We do offer a variety of food options inside the attraction. Also, there are a number of nearby dining venues nearby, just be sure to get a wrist band before you leave the attraction. The wrist band will allow re-entry.
  • Crayola Experience is open 365 days a year with extended hours during peak seasons. We open every day at 10a.m.  and recommend allowing at least 3-4 hours for your visit to ensure you experience every attraction!
  • All annual passes must be presented upon arrival. If you do not have your annual pass, there is a $5.00 replacement fee per card. If you have not yet received your permanent annual pass, but have a temporary pass, please present the temporary pass at the admissions desk and you will be issued your permanent pass.
  • All tickets and Annual Passes are not valid past their expiration dates and are unable to be extended.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, most payment apps, and Crayola Experience gift cards. We can accept cash, but we do not accept personal checks. We will accept organizational checks for group reservations.
  • Yes, you can purchase tickets on site at the ticket counter or save time and purchase online.  Plus you get $3 Off admission tickets when you buy ahead!
  • Included in your admission is access to 20+ attractions and colorful activities!  Plus you receive two tokens and a Scribble Scrubbie voucher.  The tokens are used at Wrap It Up and at Modeling Madness.  Additionally, you receive a Scribble Scrubbie voucher, which can be redeemed for a toy pet that you can color, wash, and color again!  Don’t worry!  You can take your new pet home with you!  Plus, you and the entire family can create and keep numerous keepsakes to remember your most colorful day ever. 

    The only additional items that would be purchased separately are if you and your family would like to create a Wax Hand, Café Crayola, or any items/games at our Trading Post area.  You may also purchase additional tokens.
  • Admission tickets are only valid for the location for which they were purchased. If you purchased for the wrong location or need to change your location, please reach out [email protected] and include your ticket order number.

    Also check out our Annual Passes! Passholders get admission to all 5 of our locations for a year from the date of purchase, in addition to other perks and benefits. Annual Passes are only $44.99 per person and savings are available for families of 3 or more! Annual Passes must be purchased and redeemed for permanent passes at the location they were purchased for. Make sure you are purchasing for the correct location. Once the pass is processed for a permanent pass, it may be used to visit other Crayola Experience locations. 
  • There's plenty of free parking available in covered spots all around The Shops at Willow Bend!
  • Yes. We have The Crayola Store where you can shop the largest selection of Crayola products in the world with one-of-a-kind Crayola souvenirs. There are two entrances to the store, one from inside The Shops at Willow Bend and one from the Crayola Experience attraction.

    The Crayola Store is open to the public; admission to Crayola Experience is not required. See store hours and more HERE!
  • Crayola Experience welcomes Service Animals.  A Service Animal is a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability.

    Pets, emotional support animals, and comfort animals are not allowed.  

    Below are the Crayola Experience guidelines for guests with Service Animals:
    • Only trained Service Animals are permitted inside Crayola Experience.
    • Service Animals must be under the control of their owner at all times and should be on a restraining device, such as a leash or harness. 
    • Service Animal owners are responsible for caring for and supervising their Service Animal. Crayola Experience staff are not able to take control of Service Animals.
    • Service Animals must be well-behaved and housebroken.  
    • If the Service Animal causes a disturbance or a mess, the guest and accompanying service animal may be asked to leave at the discretion of Crayola Experience staff. 
    • Due to the nature of some attractions, Service Animals may not be permitted in certain areas, such as the playground.
  • General admission is $29.99 plus tax per person. Get $3 OFF if you purchase in advance online. Children 2 and under are FREE. Seniors 65+ are $27.99 plus tax when presenting valid ID at the ticket counter.

  • Yes. Once you purchase your admission, it is good until closing time that day. Be sure to get a hand stamp before exiting if you would like to re-enter.
  • No, reservations are not required. However, purchasing tickets in advance online will save you $3 Off your general admission! 
  • As per our policy, all sales are final and tickets/passes are non-refundable.  For additional details, please see our terms and conditions.   Once you enter the attraction, your ticket is valid all day and allows re-entry throughout the day until the attraction closing time. 

  • Stollers are permitted inside the attraction. They must be smaller than 31 in. (79 cm) wide and 52 in. (132 cm) long. Stroller wagons of any size are prohibited. 

    We conduct security bag checks and stroller screenings prior to entering the Crayola Experience attraction.

  • Crayola Experience cares about the community. We support thousands of charities in the communities we serve and love to hear about new ways to get involved. Donation requests for tickets must be submitted online at least 30 days prior to your event. All requests require a valid 501(c)(3) to be considered.
