    If you have an unused ticket that was valid anytime after our last day of operation, please fill out this form by June 30, 2026.

  • Crayola Experience Plano's last day of operation was February 6, 2026. If your annual pass has not been used or you only visited once prior to our last day of operation, please fill out this refund request form by June 30, 2026.

  • Our team is assisting guests in the order requests are received. Please allow additional time due to high volume.

  • If you are unable to locate your order number, please include the barcode number from your ticket or Annual Pass.

  • These tickets and passes are not eligible as they hold no cash value and were complimentary.
