What can I see and do there?

Crayola Experience is packed with 27 creative activities and attractions where color, chemistry, and technology magically combine to create a colorful adventure for your child. Explore Melt & Mold where you can create everything with melted wax or create your very own Crayola crayon at Wrap It Up! Visit our Attractions page to learn more about each area.

What are your hours of operation?

Crayola Experience hours vary depending on the time of year. Daily operating hours and special events are always posted on our calendar. We recommend allowing at least 3-4 hours for your visit to ensure you can try each and every attraction!

Are face masks required?

Yes. In accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations, guests ages 2 and older in the attraction and Crayola Store are required to wear a face masks except while eating or drinking. Crayola Experience team members also are required to wear face masks.

Face masks should include at least two layers of fabric, must completely cover your nose and mouth and chin, and fit properly so there are no large gaps between the covering and the sides of your face. Masks containing valves, mesh material or holes of any kind; bandanas; veils/scarves; and/or costume masks are not acceptable masks.

If you forget or lose your face mask, we have some available for purchase in The Crayola Store.

We will continue to monitor the situation for additional guidance issued by state and local officials and the CDC and adjust our protocols as needed. We appreciate your cooperation.

How much is admission?

Tickets are $25.99 plus tax per person. Take $3 OFF if you purchase online. Children 2 and UNDER FREE. Senior Citizens age 65 and older are $22.99 plus tax each. Annual Passes, which include unlimited visits and exclusive perks, start at $35.99. That's less than the price of two General Admission tickets! Buy one today!

Do you offer a military discount?

Yes, military members with a valid ID will receive $3.00 off admission. Please show your valid ID at the admissions desk to to receive your discount.

True Blue Heroes is offered 4 times a year -- the weekends of Fourth of July, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day and Memorial Day. On those dates, Active and Retired Military can get in FREE with valid I.D.

Do I need reservations or timed tickets?

No. Your Crayola Experience tickets are valid for one year from the purchase date and you can use them at any time. When you are ready to visit, just bring your tickets to the access area of the attraction.

If you previously purchased timed-entry general admission tickets, you can use them at the indicated time. However, if your plans change, you can use them at any time before they expire without having to reschedule. Timed entries are no longer available. 

Can I purchase tickets at the attraction?

Yes, you can purchase tickets at a cashier or kiosk on site. However, purchasing tickets online will save you moolah! And general admission tickets are good for one year from date of purchase. 

Can I use my tickets at any of the Crayola Experience locations?

Admission tickets are only valid for the location for which they were purchased. If you purchased for the wrong location or need to change your location, please reach out and include your ticket order number.

How long are general admission tickets good for?

Your Crayola Experience general admission tickets are valid for one year from the purchase date. You can use them at any time. When you are ready to visit, just bring your tickets to the access area of the attraction.

Will ticket and annual pass expirations be extended as a result of being closed during the COVID-19 pandemic?

Expiration dates for all valid, unused Crayola Experience tickets and valid annual passes have been automatically extended for the time of our temporarily closure. There is no further action needed on your part. If you have a special circumstance and need assistance, email us at and include your ticket order number or your annual pass ID number. 

Will you accept coupons that expired while you were closed?

Valid coupons that expired while our attraction was closed, beginning March 14, 2021, will be honored for 30 days after that specific Crayola Experience location reopens.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, most payment apps, and Crayola Experience gift cards. We can accept cash, but we do not accept personal checks. We will accept organizational checks for group reservations.

How long should I plan on staying there?

Bigger than an NFL football field, most families spend 3-4 hours exploring our attractions. All the activities are self-guided, so you get to go at your own pace and stay as long as you would like!

Where can I park?

There are two parking garages in Downtown Easton: Pine Street Parking Garage (Pine St. between South Third & South Fourth St.) 25 South Third Street Hours/Pricing: 8am to 5pm/$3.00 per hour* South Third Street Parking Garage (South Third St., across from the gas station) 123 South Third Street Hours/Pricing: 8am to 5pm: $2.00 per hour* There is also on street meter parking for $1 per hour, with a 2 hour limit. We do not validate tickets for parking. *Rates may vary during city held events.

Do you have parking for RVs and Campers?

Yes. There is metered parking on Bank St for $1.00 per hour, with a 2 hour limit.

Do you offer group rates?

For groups of 15 or more paying people there is a group rate discount. Please visit the Groups & Parties section of our website to contact the correct person to book your group.

Are you taking reservations for groups, camps and parties?

Yes! We invite you to review our offerings for group visitsIf you already know what you want, please provide us with some basic information and we’ll give you a call back.

How should the kids dress?

Crayola Experience is a fun-filled play day for your kids. So, dress for mess, not Sunday best. Most children wear play clothes when visiting the Crayola Experience.

Is re-entry allowed?

Yes. Once you purchase your admission, it is good until closing time that day. Be sure to get a hand stamp before exiting if you would like to re-enter.

Is there a Crayola retail store?

Yes. Crayola Store is located on the first floor of the Crayola Experience . Here you can explore the largest selection of Crayola products in the world as well as discover one-of-a-kind Crayola souvenirs. Admission is not required to visit The Crayola Store. However, face masks are required at this time. 

Is there any place to eat lunch?

Café Crayola is located on the first floor. There also are many local area restaurants within walking distance. No outside food and/or beverage is permitted inside the attraction.

I lost/forgot my annual pass. Can I still gain entry today?

All annual passes must be presented upon arrival. If you do not have your annual pass, there is a $5.00 replacement fee per card. If you have not yet received your permanent annual pass, but have a temporary pass, please present the temporary pass at the admissions desk and you will be issued your permanent pass.

Are there hand sanitizer stations available?

Yes. In fact, we’ve added additional hand sanitizer stations throughout the attraction. These stations are checked regularly, but please contact a team member if you see one that needs to be refilled. We also encourage guests to use our restroom facilities frequently to wash their hands for 20 seconds or more.


We want you to have a MAUVELOUS time imaging and creating with your family and friends so please be sure to visit us when everyone in your party feels well.
