UPDATE: As of August 1, our Easton attraction is OPEN! We’re excited to welcome you back. Our new hours are Wednesday-Sunday 10 AM-4 PM, closed Monday and Tuesday. But before you visit, we have important information for you specific to the new protocols we’ve put in place. Please review these additional details and Q&As.

What can I see and do there?

Crayola Experience is packed with 27 creative activities and attractions where color, chemistry, and technology magically combine to create a colorful adventure for your child. Explore Melt & Mold where you can create everything with melted wax or create your very own Crayola crayon at Wrap It Up! Visit our Attractions page to learn more about each area.

What are your hours of operation?

Crayola Experience hours vary depending on the time of year. Daily operating hours and special events are always posted on our calendar. We recommend allowing at least 3-4 hours for your visit to ensure you can try each and every attraction!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Travelers’ Checks. We will accept organizational checks for group reservations. No personal checks will be accepted.

Where can I park?

There are two parking garages in Downtown Easton: Pine Street Parking Garage (Pine St. between South Third & South Fourth St.) 25 South Third Street Hours/Pricing: 8am to 5pm/$3.00 per hour* South Third Street Parking Garage (South Third St., across from the gas station) 123 South Third Street Hours/Pricing: 8am to 5pm: $2.00 per hour* There is also on street meter parking for $1 per hour, with a 2 hour limit. We do not validate tickets for parking. *Rates may vary during city held events.

Do you have parking for RVs and Campers?

Yes. There is metered parking on Bank St for $1.00 per hour, with a 2 hour limit.

Do you offer group rates?

For groups of 15 or more paying people there is a group rate discount. Please visit the Groups & Parties section of our website to contact the correct person to book your group.

How long should I plan on staying there?

Bigger than an NFL football field, most families spend 3-4 hours exploring our attractions. All the activities are self-guided, so you get to go at your own pace and stay as long as you would like!

How much is admission?

Tickets are $22.99 plus tax per person. Children 2 and UNDER FREE. Senior Citizens age 65 and older are $17.99 plus tax each. Annual Passes start at $29.99 - buy one today and start saving on your second visit!

How should the kids dress?

Crayola Experience is a fun-filled play day for your kids. So, dress for mess, not Sunday best. Most children wear play clothes when visiting the Crayola Experience.

Is re-entry allowed?

Yes. Once you purchase your admission, it is good until closing time that day. Be sure to get a hand stamp before exiting if you would like to re-enter.

Is there a souvenir shop?

Yes. Crayola Store is located on the first floor of the Crayola Experience . Here you can explore the largest selection of Crayola products in the world as well as discover one-of-a-kind Crayola souvenirs. Admission is not required to visit The Crayola Store.

Is there any place to eat lunch?

Café Crayola is located on the first floor. There you can purchase lunch and snacks. No outside food or drinks are permitted in Café Crayola. There are also many local area restaurants within walking distance. If you would like to bring your own lunch we have picnic tables outside of our facility. These tables are on a first come, first served basis.

I have a gift card, coupon, ticket, or voucher that says "Crayola Factory", "Two Rivers Landing", or "National Canal Museum" on it. Is it still valid?

Please note that January 31, 2014, was the last day that Crayola Experience  accepted any gift cards, tickets, or coupons printed with the name “Crayola Factory”, “Two Rivers Landing”, or “National Canal Museum” on them, regardless of expiration date. Even if no expiration date is printed, these gift cards/tickets/coupons are null and void after January 31, 2014. These gift cards/tickets/coupons were for an operation that no longer exists. As a courtesy to our guests, we continued to accept these gift cards/tickets/coupons through January 31, 2014. No credits or allowances will be provided on these gift cards/tickets/coupons after January 31, 2014. This policy includes all gift cards, tickets, coupons, and vouchers.

I lost/forgot my annual pass. Can I still gain entry today?

All annual passes must be presented upon arrival. If you do not have your annual pass, there is a $5.00 replacement fee per card. If you have not yet received your permanent annual pass, but have a temporary pass, please present the temporary pass at the admissions desk and you will be issued your permanent pass.

Do you offer a discount?

Yes, military members with a valid ID will receive $5.00 off admission. Please show your valid ID at the admissions desk to to receive your discount. *True Blue Heroes is offered 4 times a year: the weekends of Fourth of July, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day and Memorial Day. Active and Retired Military can get in FREE with valid I.D.
