At Crayola Experience, we offer three different party packages, each with incredible value!  From a pop of color that offers all the essentials to a full-on color explosion.  Our tiered packages let you choose the perfect level of fun, creativity and celebration.  No matter which package you choose, it will be the most colorful party ever!

Color Pop

Get the party started! This classic package includes: 

  • (15) Admission Tickets + (5) Adult Comp Tickets
  • (3) 16" Pizzas
  • Unlimited Lemonade
  • Party Room for 1 Hour with Host
  • Special Gift for the Birthday Child
  • Party Supplies (Plates, Cups, Napkins, Utensils)

Color Splash

Add an extra splash of color to your party! This package includes everything that comes with the Color Pop Package, PLUS:

  • (15) Souvenir Cups
  • (30) Extra Tokens

Two tokens are already included with each admission ticket. Tokens are used at Wrap It Up to create a custom crayon, to get clay at Modeling Madness, to play arcade games at the Radical Red Zone, and more! 

Color Explosion

This package is the ultimate party!  It includes everything that comes with the Color Splash Package, PLUS:

  • Private Character Appearance
  • Extra 30 min in the Party Room
  • Personalized 2lb Crayon for the Birthday Child!
*$20 service charge added to all parties. Pricing subject to tax.  The 15 admission tickets may be used for kids or adults.  5 adult comps are for adult use only .  Additional admission tickets may be added on to any package.

Party policies

Now that you’ve seen all that Crayola Experience has to offer for birthday party packages, it’s time to work out the logistics. Below we’ve outlined our booking and payment policy so you are kept in the loop from the beginning!

  • Booking

    Make reservations at least 2 weeks in advance | All guests ages 3+ require at ticket | Any changes to your party are due 72-hours in advance

  • Payment

    A $75.00 non-refundable deposit is due at booking | A $20 service charge will be added to all packages| Final payment is due 72 hours prior to arrival

  • Other Policies

    No outside food or beverages are permitted, however, guests are allowed to bring in outside desserts!

Birthday Party FAQs

  • Yes.  All guests 3 years of age and older requires an admission ticket.  The 15 admission tickets in the package may be used for kids or adults.  You will receive 5 complimentary admission tickets in all packages to be used for adults attending the party.  They are only valid for use during the party date. Additional admission tickets may be added on to any package. Annual Pass holders can use their pass the day of visit.  However, please include them in your total count to ensure you have the proper size party room when making your reservation.

  • No outside food or beverages are permitted except for a birthday dessert.  Ice cream and ice cream cakes are not permitted. Café Crayola offers a rainbow cake option

  • We have three party rooms which can hold from 30 up to 78 guests. Special accommodations can be made for larger parties.  Please make sure to mention larger parties at time of booking.

     

  • Birthday party rooms are colorful and Crayola themed. Hanging decorations, confetti and piñatas are not allowed. Decorations may not be taped to the walls or glass of the party room.  If you are interested in bringing special table decorations, party supplies or tablecloths, please speak with your party coordinator during the booking process.  We will allow entrance into the party room 15mins early to accommodate this request.  Any balloons being brought in must be helium and have a weight attached.

     

  • Yes! The 1-hour room time is to accommodate food and beverages and celebrating with cake. Admission tickets are valid from opening until close. Your guests can enjoy all the creative hands-on attractions and stay as long as they like after the party.

  • All parties are reserved for 1 hour except for the Color Explosion package which includes 30 more mins. of party room time.   If you are interested in additional time, please speak with your party coordinator.

     

  • Crayola Experience is a self-guided experience. Guests can enjoy the attraction at their own pace throughout the day.  The party host will be with your party only during the room time.

  • Yes! Annual passholders receive a 20% discount on birthday party packages.   This must be mentioned at time of booking.  The discount applies to the package price only and not additional add-ons as those are already discounted.  The AP discount is not combinable with other offers.

  • Each party is provided with a party bin to hold any gifts, party supplies, and dessert items until the scheduled room time. After the party, the bin will be moved to a secure area so that you may enjoy the attraction and pick up your items prior to leaving.

     

     

  • Upon arrival, the party parent will check-in at the admissions counter. The party coordinator will meet you and have your tickets ready.  Parents are responsible for distributing tickets to their guests prior to entering the attraction – we recommend you make your party arrival time at least 60 minutes prior to your party room time to ensure all guests have arrived and received their tickets.
