WE’RE OPEN! Our NEW HOURS are Wednesday-Friday 10AM-4 PM, Saturday-Sunday 10AM-6PM, closed Monday-Tuesday. We also have SPECIAL HOLIDAY HOURS. What can I see and do there?

Crayola Experience is packed with 27 creative activities and attractions where color, chemistry, and technology magically combine to create a colorful adventure for your child. Explore Melt & Mold where you can create everything with melted wax or create your very own Crayola crayon at Wrap It Up! Visit our Attractions page to learn more about each area.

What are your hours of operation?

Crayola Experience hours vary depending on the time of year. Daily operating hours and special events are always posted on our calendar. We recommend allowing at least 3-4 hours for your visit to ensure you can try each and every attraction!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and most payment apps. We do not accept cash or checks, with the exception of organizational checks for group reservations.

Where can I park?

There is plenty of free parking at the Florida Mall where we are located.

Do you offer group rates?

For groups of 15 or more paying people there is a group rate discount when you book in advance. Please contact the group sales department at (407) 757-1700 (press 3) or email groupsorl@crayolaexperience.com

 

How long should I plan on staying there?

Bigger than an NFL football field, most families spend 3-4 hours exploring our attractions. All the activities are self-guided, so you get to go at your own pace and stay as long as you would like!

How much is admission?

General Admission is $24.99 plus tax per person. Children 2 - under are free. Seniors 65+ are $21.99 plus tax each.

How should the kids dress?

Crayola Experience is a fun-filled play day for your kids. So, dress for mess, not Sunday best. Most children wear play clothes when visiting the Crayola Experience.

Is re-entry allowed?

Yes. Once you purchase your admission, it is good until closing time that day. Be sure to get a hand stamp before exiting if you would like to re-enter.

Is there a Crayola retail store?

Yes. We have a huge Crayola Store located on the first floor of the Crayola Experience. Shop from the largest selection of Crayola products and discover one-of-a-kind Crayola souvenirs. Admission is not required to visit the Crayola Store. There are two entrances to the store, one from inside the Florida Mall and one from the Crayola Experience attraction.

Is there any place to eat lunch?

Café Crayola  and the Snack Shack are located on the second floor in the attraction area.  There you can purchase lunch and snacks.

Café Crayola is open on the weekends only.  *Please note:  Open for Thanksgiving & Christmas holidays

Pizza, hot dogs, salads... oh my! Café Crayola is packed with tons of delicious options - including some that are gluten-free too.

Snack Shack is always open.

If you're not ready to sit down for a full meal, the Snack Shack might be the spot for you! There, you can grab a light snack or beverage to keep your family happy and satisfied while you make your way through Crayola Experience. 

I lost/forgot my annual pass. Can I still gain entry today?

All annual passes must be presented upon arrival. If you do not have your annual pass, there is a $5.00 replacement fee per card. If you have not yet received your permanent annual pass, but have a temporary pass, please present the temporary pass at the admissions desk and you will be issued your permanent pass.

Do you offer a military discount?

Yes, we offer a $3.00 discount to all active and retired military members with a valid ID. Discounted tickets can also be purchased at your local ITT/MWR base. *True Blue Heroes is offered 4 times a year: the weekends of Fourth of July, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day and Memorial Day. Active and Retired Military can get in FREE with valid I.D.
