  • We offer a FREE Annual Pass for certified teachers and True Blue Heroes (military, firefighters, law enforcement and EMTs). Offer available on-site only with proper identification, restrictions apply.

  • The Annual Pass is our best value offer. You can upgrade your general admission ticket to an Annual Pass and apply the price you already paid toward the cost of a pass.  (Only available on the day of your visit).

    • Annual Passes give the Passholder unlimited entry for 365 days, starting from the date of purchase.
    • In addition to unlimited visits, there are special savings for our Annual Passholders. 
      • 20% Off on all retail, food and premium activity purchases. Discounts are not combinable with other offers. 
      • 20% Off general admission ticket purchases to bring family and friends.
      • 20% Off birthday party packages.

      • Every time you visit, you have more time to play. With your Annual Pass, you can skip the ticketing line and go straight to the front access gate.

  • Annual Passes are non-transferable.  Per Annual Pass rules and guidelines, use of this pass by anyone other than the individual to whom it was issued is strictly prohibited and will result in revocation of this pass without refund. 

Annual Passes must be redeemed for permanent passes at the location for which they were purchased. Make sure you are purchasing for the correct location. Once the pass is processed for a permanent pass, it may be used to visit other Crayola Experience locations.

*Bring a friend free tickets are offered on select dates throughout the year and are issued on-site only. These are offered Feb. 1 - 7, May 1 - 7, Aug. 1 - 7 and Nov 1 - 7.  Tickets may not be used on annual pass first use and are only valid for the day issued.
