Protective measures for COVID-19 coronavirus

Nothing is more important to us than the safety and well-being of our Crayola Experience guests and team members. As part of that commitment, we are actively monitor the COVID-19 coronavirus situation and are following guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and local public health agencies.

All of our Crayola Experience locations are open and welcoming guests. However, we are taking additional precautions beyond our usual health and safety procedures. These include:

  • Increasing the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces such as tabletops, countertops, stools, computer monitors, doors, handrails, water fountains and restrooms.
  • Adding additional hand sanitation stations throughout our facilities.
  • Enhancing our end-of-day sanitation procedures for restrooms, kitchens, staff break rooms, walk ways and other facilities.
  • Proactively reinforcing facility sanitation protocols with our team members.

In addition, we are reinforcing with our team members illness prevention actions that help stop the spread of germs, including:

  • Staying at home when showing any signs of illness.
  • Washing hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
  • Following proper respiratory cough etiquette.
  • Avoiding close contact with people who are sick.
  • Avoiding touching eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Avoiding unnecessary handshakes/physical contact.

We kindly ask all guests to also observe good hygiene practices when they visit us.

Based on the guidance we've received and our general state of preparedness, we are confident our operations continue to be safe and ready to serve our guests. Rest assured, we are monitoring this situation closely and will continue to adjust our operations as needed. Please direct any questions you have to CEGuest@crayolaexperience.com.
