What is the Annual Pass?
The Annual Pass is our best value offer. You can upgrade your regular ticket to an Annual Pass and apply the price you already paid toward the cost of a pass (on the day of your visit only).
- All Annual Passes give the Passholder unlimited entry for 365 days, starting from the day of purchase.
- There are 3 tiers:
- Blast Off Bronze - $35.99
- Sonic Silver - $45.99
- Gold Fusion - $49.99
- In addition to unlimited visits, there are special savings for our Annual Passholders.
- Annual Passholders receive at least 20% OFF on all retail, food and premium activity purchases. Please note: The higher the tier, the larger the discount.
- Annual Passholders also receive discounts on general admission ticket purchases to bring their family and friends on visits. Please note: The higher the tier, the larger the discount.
- Annual Passholders also receive at least 20% off OFF birthday party packages. Please note: The higher the tier, the larger the discount.
- In addition, all Annual Passholders receive special perks and access to exclusive Crayola Experience events not available to General Public.
- Every time you visit, you have more time to play. With your Annual Pass, you can skip the ticketing line and go straight to the front access gate.
- Last but not least, you can use your Crayola Experience Annual Pass at any of our locations in the United States.
I’m an existing passholder – what does this mean for me?
Your current Annual Pass is still the same, but with a new name - it is now called a Blast Off Bronze Pass. You still have all the perks that you previously had with your Annual pass and you can continue using your same Annual Passholder card.
How does this impact Annual Passholder events, like our Passholder Nights?
All Passholders are welcome to these! In this new system, we aren’t taking away any perks from our current and valued passholders. Any special events that are geared toward a specific tier will be clearly marked with which tiers are included. Any event that is just marked for passholders will be open to all tiers.
I’m an existing passholder and I want to upgrade to a new pass – can I ?
You are absolutely welcome to purchase a Sonic Silver or Gold Fusion Annual Pass. In order to do so, you would need to purchase a new Annual Pass in the Sonic Silver or Gold Fusion options at full price. Should you purchase a new Annual Pass, you will have a brand new expiration date, which is a year from the new purchase date.
I’m an existing passholder and my pass is about to expire – what are my options?
Once your pass expires, we welcome you to renew with any level! So take a look at the perks and see what best fits your needs.
I’m a teacher and I was told I get a free pass – how does that work?
Great question! As a teacher, you get a free Blast Off Bronze pass. This is the same pass we’ve been giving out since we launched the Teacher Pass program (same value and same perks!). If you want a higher level pass, you’re welcome to purchase one.
What if my family and I have different types of passes?
That’s fine! Everyone will get perks based on what type of pass they have. However, only people with a Gold Fusion pass will get into our exclusive Crayola product preview event. So if only one of your family members has a Gold Fusion Annual Pass, they will be the only ones who get to attend.
Can I give my Annual Pass to someone else?
Annual Passes are nontransferable. Per Annual Pass rules and guidelines, use of this pass by anyone other than the individual to whom it was issued is strictly prohibited and will result in revocation of this pass without refund.
Is there a limit to the number of tickets that can purchased at one time using the $5, $7 or $10 off discount on single day tickets?
