How it Works:  

1. Call In Your Order (calls accepted 11AM - 2PM, Monday - Friday)

• Call our location in Plano, TX: 469-642-2910
• You'll Need:
  • A list of the products or the name of the pre-bundled kit you wish to purchase - click here to view kit options (note: all packages are subject to availability) 
  • Payment information (must be Debit or Credit Card)
  • Your Annual Pass (if applicable) - don't forget you can apply your discount to any full-price product you're ordering! 
• You'll Receive: 
  • Your confirmation code (save it!)
  • The pickup time for your order. Pickup offered 2PM - 4PM, Monday through Friday
• Call by 1pm for same-day pickup: minimum 2 hours required to fill order 

2. Arrive for Your Pickup and We'll Walk Everything to Your Car - Easy Peasy, Laser Lemon Squeezy

• Pickup your toys next to the Crayola Experience building 
• We'll gather everything for you beforehand (and staff will be wearing gloves)
• You'll also get your 7 FREE additional crafts that can be made with your purchase at-home
