The portal is also where you access and redeem your Bring a Friend FREE* tickets! Note: these tickets are separate from the quarterly Bring a Friend FREE days offered to all of our active Passholders. *Bring a Friend Free tickets are issued one-at-a-time on specified dates throughout the year. Tickets expire one year after being issued.
Access the Passholder Portal
- Go to our Portal Login link: https://tickets.crayolaexperience.com/customer/login
- Select your Crayola Experience location.
- Click on "Login" in the top right corner.
- If you have not set up your account yet, follow the steps in our Passholder Portal Guide to do so.
If you've recently accessed our ticketing page, you may be able to skip steps 2 & 3.
