NEW: Online Passholder Portal Available

SCREAMIN' GREEN! We have a NEW online portal for our Annual Passholders! Use the Passholder Portal to update your member info, check your Annual Pass expiration date and more. 

We also have MAUVELOUS news for our Gold Fusion and Sonic Silver Passholders: The portal is where you access and redeem your Bring a Friend FREE* tickets! 

*Bring a Friend Free tickets are issued one-at-a-time on specified dates throughout the year. Tickets expire one year after being issued. Check back for the ticket release schedule.

Access the Passholder Portal

  1. Go to our Portal Login link: https://tickets.crayolaexperience.com/customer/login
  2. Select your Crayola Experience location.
  3. Click on "Login" in the top right corner. 
  4. If you have not set up your account yet, follow the steps in our Passholder Portal Guide to do so. 

If you've recently accessed our ticketing page, you may be able to skip steps 2 & 3. 

NOTE: You will need the email associated with your Annual Pass to login. Not sure what it is? Don't be blue! Our team can help you. Reach out to ceguest@crayolaexperience.com for help accessing your account.

Lost/forgot your pass today? Visit our admissions counter for help. They will be able to search your membership details and mark your attendance. You cannot recieve Annual Pass perks and discounts without your card.

If you need to reprint your pass, there is a $5.00 card replacement fee.
