Requesting a donation is simple, simply fill out this online form.

Tips for your request: 

• Plan Ahead: Your request must be submitted 30 days in advance of your event. Please note, tickets are only valid for 1 year.  We ask that you do not submit your request more than 30 days in advance.  
  • Only one donation request will be approved per organization (501)c3 per year. 
• Have Your 501(c)3 Handy: All requests require a valid 501(c)3 to be approved in addition to organization name and event date. 
• Use a Valid Email: If approved, your tickets will be sent to the email you provide. Please note, once you request tickets, you will receive an email confirmation.  The request will still need to be reviewed and tickets will be sent within (1) month of the request.
