Answers to questions about the attractions, our Crayola Store, dining options, and special events.

Are there any attractions/activities that are closed or modified?

We’ve worked hard to implement measures that align with state and local regulations and public health guidelines in such a way that you and your family can continue to have fun, be creative and make lasting memories during your time with us. To promote cleanliness, social distancing and reduced physical contact, it was necessary for us to make the following modifications:

  • The Color Playground and Toddler Town climber is closed until further notice.
  • Crayons have been removed from tables and the Colossal Caddy, chalk from the Scribble Square area, and Model Magic tools from tables; instead supplies are included in each guest bag you receive at admissions or will be handed out and collected by a team member at the attraction.
  • Our Crayola Factory theater show is still playing but with limited seating capacity.
  • The number of available stations on some attractions has been reduced.
  • Character appearances and our audience participation Café Show have been suspended further notice.

Have you changed your hours?

At this time, the attraction is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. However this could change so please check our website prior to visiting.

Will the Crayola Store be open?

Definitely. Store hours are Monday-Saturday 11 a.m.-7 p.m. and Sunday noon-6 p.m.

  • Store visitors ages 3 and older are required to wear a face covering.
  • Team members will wear face coverings, will be gloved when scanning and bagging merchandise, and will sanitize counter surfaces between transactions.
  • To reduce physical contact, we are not accepting cash payments for any transactions at this time. We have self-service payment terminals at registers in the attraction and Crayola store and can accept major credit cards, debit cards, and most payment apps.
  • Acrylic barriers have been placed at registers.
  • Directional and distance signage is in place throughout the store to facilitate physical distancing recommendations.
  • The Pick Your Pack crayons and markers station is open. Gloves are provided for guests to use and directional signage is in place.
  • Bulk candy sales are limited to individually wrapped candies.
  • Curbside pickup is not available.
