Will annual passes be extended?

Yes. We are automatically extending expiration dates on annual passes. 

For passes that were valid as of the date of our summer temporary closure (March 14, 2020-Aug. 21, 2020), the expiration date was automatically extended by 6.5 months (the 169 days we were closed plus an additional 30 days). That means your new expiration date was extended 199 days beyond the date that appears on your pass (see pass image below). For example, if your pass expired on Oct. 9, 2020, the new expiration date is April 27, 2021. There is no action needed on your part.

If you had a valid pass during our winter closure (Nov. 21, 2020 through Jan. 15, 2021), your new expiration date will be automatically extended by 8 weeks (56 days). If your pass has already been extended because of the summer closure, this new extension will be IN ADDITION to that one. For example, if your pass expired on Oct. 9, 2020, and that date was extended to April 27, 2021 because of the summer closure, it will be extended again to June 22, 2021. There is no action needed on your part.

Annual passes do not automatically renew. You will receive a notification from us 30 days prior to the expiration date.

Are reservations required for annual passholders?

No. Just come on over!

Can I call to reserve/hold a visitation date or time?

No. At this time, annual passholders cannot schedule timed entry visits through our online ticketing system, by phone, or through email. We also are unable to hold visitation times.
