Will annual passes be extended?
Yes. We are automatically extending expiration dates on annual passes.
For passes that were valid as of the date of our summer temporary closure (March 14, 2020-July 31, 2020), the expiration date was automatically extended by 5.5 months (the 139 days we were closed plus an additional 30 days). That means your new expiration date was extended 169 days beyond the date that appears on your pass (see image below to locate your current expiration date). For example, if your pass expired on Oct. 9, 2020, the new expiration date is March 27, 2021. There is no action needed on your part.
If you had a valid pass during our winter closure (Dec. 12, 2020 through Jan. 5, 2021), your new expiration date will be automatically extended by 25 days. If your pass has already been extended because of the summer closure, this new extension will be IN ADDITION to that one. For example, if your pass expired on Oct. 9, 2020, and that date was extended to March 27, 2021 because of the earlier closure, it will be extended again to April 22, 2021. There is no action needed on your part.
Annual passes do not automatically renew. You will receive a notification from us 30 days prior to the expiration date.
If you have a special circumstance and need assistance, email us at CEguest@crayolaexperience.com and include your member ID number. Please note that annual passes cannot be placed on hold or deferred.
