NOTE: We have implemented several operational and guest protocols aligned with state and local requirements and guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Information is location specific, and protocols and operating hours are subject to change. As you make your plans and before you leave home, please review visitation information of the location you plan to visit.

What will your hours be?

At this time, our regular operating hours for Crayola Experience will be:

  • Monday-Tuesday closed
  • Wednesday-Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Our hours of operation can change for a number of reasons, and we typically have special school break and holiday hours, so please check our calendar for current days and times.

If you have timed-entry tickets affected by changes in our hours, we will contact you to reschedule, or you can email us at CEguest@crayolaexperience.com. Please remember to include your ticket confirmation number.

Are there any attractions/activities that are closed or modified?

We’ve worked hard to implement measures that align with state and local regulations and public health guidelines in such a way that you and your family can continue to have fun, be creative and make lasting memories during your time with us. To promote cleanliness, social distancing and reduced physical contact, it was necessary for us to make the following modifications: 

  • Crayons have been removed from tables and the Colossal Caddy, chalk from the Scribble Square area, and Model Magic tools from tables; instead supplies will be included in each guest bag you receive at admissions or will be handed out and collected by a team member at the attraction. 
    The number of available stations on some attractions has been reduced.
  • Character appearances will be suspended further notice. 
     

How will attractions like Activity Studio, Model Magic and Scribble Scrubbies work with the new protocols?

Instead of the supplies being out on the tables, you will pick up your supplies from a team member. When you have completed the activity, just return the supplies so they can be sanitized for future use.

Are you accepting cash?

To reduce physical contact, we strongly recommend contactless payments for any transactions at this time. We have self-service payment terminals at registers in the attraction and Crayola Store, and accept major credit cards, debit cards, most payment apps, and Crayola Experience gift cards. We can accept cash but we do not accept personal checks.

Are snack services open?

Yes. Our Snack Shack is open. To reduce contact, we strongly recommend contactless payments for any transactions at this time. We have self-service payment terminals at registers in the attraction and Crayola Store, and accept major credit cards, debit cards, most payment apps, and Crayola Experience gift cards. We can accept cash but we do not accept personal checks.
