Crayola Experience hours vary depending on the time of year. Daily operating hours and special events are always posted on our calendar. We recommend allowing at least 3-4 hours for your visit to ensure you can try each and every attraction!

Bigger than an NFL football field, most families spend 3-4 hours exploring our attractions. All the activities are self-guided, so you get to go at your own pace and stay as long as you would like!

Tickets are $19.99 plus tax per person. Children ages 2 and under are free. Senior Citizens age 65 and older are $17.99 plus tax each.

Crayola Experience is a fun-filled play day for your kids. So, dress for mess, not Sunday best. Most children wear play clothes when visiting the Crayola Experience.

Yes. Once you purchase your admission, it is good until closing time that day. Be sure to get a hand stamp before exiting if you would like to re-enter.

Yes. We have The Crayola Store where you can explore the largest selection of Crayola products in the world as well as discover one-of-a-kind Crayola souvenirs.

Admission is not required to visit The Crayola Store. There are two entrances to the store, one from inside The Shops at Willow Bend and one from the Crayola Experience attraction.

Café Crayola is a great place to grab a bite to eat! There you can purchase lunch and snacks. No outside food or drinks are permitted in Café Crayola.

All annual passes must be presented upon arrival. If you do not have your annual pass, there is a $5.00 replacement fee per card.

If you have not yet received your permanent annual pass, but have a temporary pass, please present the temporary pass at the admissions desk and you will be issued your permanent pass.

Yes, military members with a valid ID will receive $2.00 off admission. Please show your valid ID at the admissions desk to to receive your discount.

*True Blue Heroes is offered 4 times a year: the weekends of Fourth of July, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day and Memorial Day. Active and Retired Military can get in FREE with valid I.D.
