- The Crayola Store is our retail store that's open to the public daily. Our retail store is open Mondays-Thursdays 10 a.m.-7 p.m., Fridays-Saturdays 10 a.m.-8 p.m., and Sundays 10 a.m.-6 p.m. View our STORE HOURS HERE.
- Due to staffing, Café Crayola is subject to closure on specific days.
- Our Factory Show is currently running as a pre-recorded video. Based on staffing, show may be live!
- Effective June 1, 2023: Strollers must be smaller than 31 in. (79 cm) wide and 52 in. (132 cm) long. Stroller wagons of any size are prohibited.
