Crayola Experience is 4 floors of hands-on, interactive family attractions where color, chemistry, and technology magically combine to create a colorful adventure for your child. Explore Meltdown where you can create everything with melted wax or create your very own Crayola crayon at Wrap It Up! You can even visit Art Alive!, where you can bring your digital works of art to life on huge projected surfaces! Visit our Attractions page to learn more about each area.
Answer:
Crayola Experience hours vary depending on the time of year. Daily operating hours and special events are always posted on our calendar. We recommend allowing at least 3-4 hours for your visit to ensure you can visit all four floors to try each and every attraction!

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Travelers’ Checks. We will accept organizational checks for group reservations. No personal checks will be accepted.

There is a municipal parking garage located behind our facility between Pine St. and Ferry St. for a fee of around $2 per hour. There is also on street meter parking for $1 per hour, with a 2 hour limit. We do not validate tickets for parking.

Yes. There is metered parking on Bank St for $1.00 per hour, with a 2 hour limit.

The average stay in our facility is more than 3 hours. Since the activities are at your own pace, you can stay as long as you would like.

Tickets are $17.99 plus tax per person. Children under age 2 are free. Senior Citizens age 65 and older are $15.99 plus tax each.

Crayola Experience is a fun-filled play day for your kids. So, dress for mess, not Sunday best. Most children wear play clothes when visiting the Crayola Experience.

Yes. Once you purchase your admission, it is good until closing time that day. Be sure to get a hand stamp before exiting if you would like to re-enter.

Yes. Crayola Store is located on the first floor of the Crayola Experience. Here you can explore the largest selection of Crayola products in the world as well as discover one-of-a-kind Crayola souvenirs.

Café Crayola is located on the first floor. There you can purchase lunch and snacks. No outside food or drinks are permitted in Café Crayola.

There are also many local area restaurants within walking distance. If you would like to bring your own lunch we have picnic tables outside of our facility. These tables are on a first come, first served basis.

Please note that January 31, 2014, will be the last day that Crayola Experience will accept any gift cards, tickets, or coupons printed with the name “Crayola Factory”, “Two Rivers Landing”, or “National Canal Museum” on them, regardless of expiration date.  Even if no expiration date is printed, these gift cards/tickets/coupons will still become null and void after January 31, 2014. These gift cards/tickets/coupons were for an operation that no longer exists. As a courtesy to our guests, we will continue to accept these gift cards/tickets/coupons through January 31, 2014. No credits or allowances will be provided on these gift cards/tickets/coupons after January 31, 2014.  This policy includes all gift cards, tickets, coupons, and vouchers. Guests looking to find discounted admission after January 31, 2014 can purchase discount admission ticket at participating Walgreens locations throughout PA, NJ, and NY. 

Answer:

All annual passes must be presented upon arrival. If you do not have your annual pass, there is a $5.00 replacement fee per card.

If you have not yet received your permanent annual pass, but have a temporary pass, please present the temporary pass at the admissions desk and you will be issued your permanent pass.
